The customer/client/agent has started business with Amin's being fully aware of all circumstances related to importing goods from China.

After becoming a customer/client/agent of Amin's, all types of communication must be done through the WhatsApp/WebChat group created by Amin's.

All types of financial transactions with Amin's must be done through Amin's bank account or bKash account.

Before sending products each time, you must contact Amin's to learn about rates, packing systems, and all other details before shipping.

After sending products, the packing list, product photos, and tracking number must be sent properly.

If a proper packing list and appropriate shipping mark are not provided and products are lost or stolen, Amin's authority will not accept any responsibility.

Generally, after shipping from China, delivery takes 7–10 working days by air, 15–20 working days from Hong Kong, and 40–60 working days by sea. However, shipping time may vary (more or less) considering freight warehouse, customs, and other factors.

Shipping charges must be paid in full before taking delivery of the products.

If products are lost or not delivered, Amin's authority will investigate properly and within 30–90 working days, the value will be adjusted with the next order.

Amin's will never refund cash for any order. The value of lost goods will be adjusted with the next order.

You will be notified after your products arrive at the Bangladesh warehouse. You must take delivery within 7 days of being notified. If Amin's team fails to notify you, or if you do not take delivery within 7 days of being notified, Amin's authority will not be responsible if the goods are lost or damaged after 3 additional days. After 7 days, Amin's may sell the goods to recover shipping charges, and no complaint will be accepted.

These terms and conditions have been sent to you and you have received them. This means you agree with all the above points. If you have any questions, please inform Amin's authority immediately.

কাস্টমার/গ্রাহক/এজেন্ট চায়না থেকে পণ্য আমদানির সকল পারিপার্শ্বিক অবস্থা সম্পর্কে রিস্ক জেনে আমিন'স এর সাথে ব্যবসা শুরু করেছেন।

আমিন'স এর কাস্টমার/গ্রাহক/এজেন্ট হওয়ার পর সকল ধরনের যোগাযোগ আমিন'স এর তৈরি করা হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ / ওয়েবচ্যাট গ্রুপে করতে হবে।

আমিন'স এর সাথে সকল ধরনের লেনদেন আমিন'স এর ব্যাংক অথবা বিকাশ একাউন্ট এর মাধ্যমে করতে হবে।

প্রতিবার পণ্য পাঠানোর আগে আমিন'স এর সাথে যোগাযোগ করে রেট, প্যাকিং সিস্টেম এবং অন্যান্য সকল বিস্তারিত জেনে পণ্য পাঠাতে হবে।

পণ্য পাঠানোর পর প্যাকিং লিস্ট, পণ্যের ছবি, ট্রাকিং নাম্বার যথাযথ ভাবে পাঠাতে হবে।

যথাযথ প্যাকিং লিস্ট এবং যথাযথ শিপিং মার্ক প্রদান না করিলে পণ্য হারালে কিংবা চুরি হলে আমিন'স কর্তৃপক্ষ এর দায়ভার গ্রহণ করবে না।

সাধারণত চায়না থেকে পণ্য শিপিং এর পর বাই এয়ারে ৫ ওয়ার্কডেজ থেকে ৭-১০ কর্ম দিবস, হংকং থেকে ১৫-২০ কর্ম দিবস এবং বাই সি তে ৪০-৬০ কর্ম দিবস সময় লাগবে। তবে freight warehouse & customs এবং অন্যান্য বিষয় বিবেচনা করে শিপিং এর সময় তারতম্য (বেশি/কম) হতে পারে।

শিপিং চার্জ সম্পূর্ণভাবে প্রদান করে পণ্য ডেলিভারি নিতে হবে।

পণ্য হারিয়ে গেলে অথবা ডেলিভারি না হলে আমিন'স কর্তৃপক্ষ যথাযথ তদন্ত করে ৩০-৯০ কর্ম দিবস এর মধ্যে তার মূল্য পরবর্তী অর্ডার এর সাথে সংযুক্ত করে দেওয়া হবে।

আমিন'স কখনোই কোন অর্ডার এর নগদ অর্থ রিফান্ড করবে না, হারানো মাল এর অর্থ পরবর্তী অর্ডার এর সাথে সংযুক্ত করে দিবে।

আপনার পণ্য বাংলাদেশ ওয়্যারহাউস এ পৌঁছানোর পর আপনাকে অবগত করা হবে। আপনি অবগত হওয়ার ৭ দিনের মধ্যে অবশ্যই আপনার পণ্য ডেলিভারি নিতে হবে। যদি আমিন'স টিম আপনাকে অবগত করতে ব্যর্থ হয় অথবা আপনি অবগত হওয়ার ৭ দিনের মধ্যে পণ্য ডেলিভারি না নেন তবে ঐ পণ্যের পর ৩ দিন পর ঐ পণ্য হারিয়ে গেলে কিংবা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে তার দায়ভার আমিন'স কর্তৃপক্ষ নিবে না। ৭ দিন পর উক্ত মাল বিক্রি করে তার শিপিং চার্জ তুলে নিতে পারবে, এতে আপনার কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।

উক্ত শর্তাবলি সমূহ আপনাকে পাঠানো হয়েছে এবং আপনি তা রিসিভ করেছেন। এর অর্থ আপনি সকল বিষয় গুলোর সাথে একমত প্রদান করেছেন। যদি আপনার কোন প্রশ্ন থাকে তবে অবশ্যই আমিন'স কর্তৃপক্ষ কে জানাবেন।
